the boys of summer

I really do LOVE having boys. Don't misunderstand...I'd be truly lost without my girly-girl to do all the fun girly stuff with...hair, nails, tea parties, etc... but boys are really fun and completely fascinating to me. Growing up with only sisters and mostly girl cousins, boys are somewhat like a foreign creature to me, but aren't they stinkin' adorable?!?!

(The football player in the dress is my niece, Lily. She's four and she's fearless; let's just say she LOVES to be where the action is. She may be the closest thing my sister (who now has 4 beautiful daughters) gets to seeing 'rough and tumble').

They are stinkin' adorable.I, too, grew up with only sisters, so boys were 'foreign" to me as well!

Hey, can we discuss Blue (sixty pages) Sunday, not Friday? Between car buying the state over, getting tags, celebrating my Stephen's b'day today, etc, I need the weekend to review it.

How about this Zoanna - I was thinking about setting up an separate blog page that I might keep as I read different books and put my thoughts down on there, then we can just comment back and forth as we get time... I was trying to think what would be the easiest...what do you think about that? I'll post whenever I get the first 60 pgs and then you can go there and we can discuss from there whenever you're ready. I'll probably be done earlier (maybe today or tomorrow)so then you can log on there whenever, and we could open it up for others who might want to comment? What do you think?

Hey, that's a great idea. Just let me know in my comment box whenever you've got the new blog up and running, okay? This should be good!
